ADO applied technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements set out in the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data. In particular, it included: the regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 29 April 2004 on the personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions that should be met by devices and IT systems used to process personal data (Journal of Laws No. 100, item . 1024); guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection; Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC.

The most important elements of the applied system of personal data protection include:

1. SSL certificate, which guarantees that communication between your computer and en.happymess.co is encrypted with a 256 bit key.

2. We collect and process only the necessary personal data for the shortest possible time, and for each activity not related to the implementation of the purchase and sale agreement, you must give separate consent.

3. Access to your personal data is only authorized and trained in the protection of personal data, guaranteeing their safety.

III. Personal data, purpose and storage time

A. Registration

During registration, please provide the data necessary to set up an account at en.happymess.co , so you do not have to waste time on re-filling the entire order form with each subsequent purchase. By registering, you save time and money because registered customers participate in the loyalty program and get rebates for earlier purchases.

Registered Customer after logging in also has the ability to verify the status of the order and the history of purchases made. A registered and logged in client can correct, complete or delete data from en.happymess.co at any time.

During registration, please:

2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - we will need it later to address the parcel;

4. telephone number - necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers)

The data is stored for 5 years from the last login.

B. Placing an order

When placing an order, please provide us with the data necessary to complete the order, which in the case of registered and logged in clients are partially collected automatically from the data provided during registration.

When placing an order, please provide:

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a sales document and address the package;

2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;

3. e-mail - necessary for communication related to the implementation of the order;

4. telephone number - necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the customer chooses a delivery to a different address than the one indicated during registration or placing an order, please also provide:

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - we need to address the package;

2. address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to address the parcel;

3. phone number to the consignee's recipient - necessary in case of choosing some delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than indicated at registration or placing an order, please also provide:

1. name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a proof of sale;

2. address (street, house number / or house and flat number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue a proof of sale;

The data given when placing the order are processed en.happyess.co in the following scope:

1. name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also a delivery order depending on the selected type of shipment:

a. DPD Polska sp. o.o. with registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000028368, VAT Number: 526-020-41-10)

b. InPost Sp. Z o.o. with registered office in Krakow (KRS: 0000543759, VAT Number: 6793108059)

c. GLS Poland Sp. Z o.o. with registered office in Komorniki (KRS: 0000005009, VAT Number: 7851561831)

2. name and surname, address, VAT Number indicated as data for which a sales document is to be issued, are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system:

In the case of using the payment with the use of an external payment system, all data given after switching to the website of the payment operator remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by en.happymess.co.

En.happymess.co cooperates with the following payment operators:

2. The data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions regulating the storage time of accounting documents.

The IT system used by en.happymess.co automatically collects in the logs data related to the device you use when connecting to en.happymess.co. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and relate to: the type of device, operating system, type of web browser, screen resolution, color depth, IP, Internet service provider, or entry address on en.happymess.co and are used only in the optimization process en.happymess.co in order to provide the greatest convenience of use.

These data are never combined with the data referred to in Part III and are only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms.

en.happymess.co uses servers from Shoplo sp. O.o. based in Warsaw, Inflancka 4c, VAT Number: 521 363 0420. This company do not have direct access to personal data and do not process it in any way.

Data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.

B. en.happymess.co (cookies)

en.happymess.co uses the technology of "cookies", ie text files placed on your device, in order to enable en.happymess.co to recognize you and adapt en.happymess.co to your needs.

en.happymess.co uses cookies to:

1. remember logging in (the session lasts 30 minutes from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

2. remember the contents of your basket (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

3. remember your preferences of displaying en.happymess.co (the session lasts 30 days from the last activity, after which the cookie is deleted);

VI. Forwarding your personal data

In special situations where the applicable law requires the Personal Data Administrator to transfer collected data to state authorities, en.happymess.co will provide such information.

Except for these situations, your personal data in the range permitted by law under separate entrustment agreements transferred to specific entities only and in connection with the need to perform contractual or legal obligations of the Personal Data Administrator. The category of entities that can be transferred data include: advertising agencies, banks, accounting and accounting offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers.
